SAMCO is excited to announce we will be fully integrated with Encompass Loan Origination Software effective on the 3/6/2014 release update. This Encompass integration gives our Clients who utilize Encompass the ability to list SAMCO as the appraisal service provider within Encompass and orders can be facilitated from the Encompass software to auto populate new orders within the SAMCO platform. Outlined below are some of the key features of the integration.
SAMCO - Encompass Integration Functionality
- Allows Encompass users to order SAMCO’s Appraisal Order Management and Review directly from their Encompass Software.
- New Orders will seamlessly go to the SAMCO platform.
- All communication (notes/messages) will be seamlessly pushed from system-to-system.
- All associated documents (document attachments) will be pushed from system-to-system.
- Encompass users will be updated on appraisal status within Encompass.
- Encompass users will be notified their appraisal is completed within Encompass and the completed appraisal is saved in the Encompass e-Folder for that loan.
